  1. Selling a home takes more than just hanging up a “For Sale” sign. I believe marketing the property is a huge reason people hire real-estate agents, a simple picture or sign just won’t do your property justice. We have the knowledge, experience and systems behind us to properly market your property. You probably have an emotional attachment to your home, and therefore can’t view it objectively. We will help you present your home in the best light, so buyers will fall in love with it more easily.
  2. Secondly, I think negotiations are an important part to what we do, you want experience on your side, as well as your interest, this is the biggest asset you own and we’re dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars. We keep it professional and are indispensable when it comes to bargaining with buyers.
  3. Lastly, we provide advice and strategy through the sale process, title searches, building inspections, and property disclosure statement just to name a few.
